All our electrostatic powder coating machines adopt intelligent controllers and digital display which is capable of saving the cost on powder and improving coating effect and efficiency. This will make the coating work simple and more effective without any training needed for the workers.
The bottom of the hoppers can be easily removed, and so is the cleaning of the fluidization plates.
The intelligent powder coating machine has a digital display. The voltage of the electrostatic of the coating gun can be simply adjusted by pressing the “+” and “-” buttons. The pre-programed modes in the machine will make you coating work easier.There are multiple packaging options available for the shells of our machines and controller customization.

The machine has a simple structure, which makes it easy for maintenance.
It is highly efficient for its high powder feeding rate and its smooth and uniform powder output. With its high voltage electrostatic automatically tracked, both the voltage and current of the machine are adjustable for different environments.
The machine is designed for the coating work for both flat and groove workpieces. The adjustability of the current output gives the machine a more sensitive feedback. It can also make different responses for different workpieces in order to overcome the shielding effect.
